Polite and friendly staff.
Very well organized.
Findings and treatment plan explained in great detail.
Could do with some light music or something in background just to lift people's spirits a little and give calming atmosphere.

We were left for nearly 4 hours with appointments being seen before during A and E, with my son in pain. I do not think appointment should be seen during A and E time.
